    Uae property boom is reaching new heights as top real estate companies report record breaking figures for the first half of twenty twenty six. Total sales for the top ten developers in the United Arab Emirates surpassed one hundred thirteen point seven billion dirhams during the first six months of the year.

    Leading the market Modon Holding took first place with domestic sales reaching twenty three billion dirhams. Emaar Properties followed closely in second place with twenty two point four billion dirhams in local sales showing just how strong the market remains. These massive numbers reflect how the uae property boom continues to draw local buyers and international investors to premium developments across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

    UAE Property Boom: How top developers profit from the uae property boom

    Looking at the top performers shows how the uae property boom concentrates success among major industry players. Damac Properties secured third place with sixteen billion dirhams in domestic sales. Together the top three developers Modon Emaar and Damac generated a combined total of sixty one point four billion dirhams which accounts for about fifty four percent of all sales among the top ten firms. Aldar Properties took fourth place with nine point five billion dirhams in domestic sales followed by Binghatti with seven point six billion dirhams and Meraas with seven point five billion dirhams. Other notable contributors include H and H Ellington Omniyat and Beyond who all recorded multi billion dirham sales figures.

    Modon Holding surges forward with strong sales growth

    Modon Holding saw its total property sales jump two point six times compared to the same period in twenty twenty five reaching twenty six billion dirhams overall. Out of that total twenty three billion dirhams came directly from Abu Dhabi projects while the rest came from international operations. Rapid sellouts at Hudayriyat Golf Estates and Reem Island projects helped drive this huge increase. Modon revenue also grew forty percent year over year to hit nine point two billion dirhams as construction work continues smoothly across major communities.

    UAE Property Boom: Emaar Properties maintains massive revenue backlogs

    Emaar Properties achieved total sales of twenty six point six billion dirhams in the first half of the year. Local UAE developments generated twenty two point four billion dirhams while international projects contributed four point two billion dirhams. The company backlog of revenues from ongoing projects reached an impressive one hundred sixty four point nine billion dirhams by the end of June. This thirteen percent annual increase gives Emaar a stable flow of future earnings as completed housing units are gradually delivered to buyers over coming years.

    Foreign buyers power continuous growth at Aldar

    Aldar Properties generated twelve point one billion dirhams in total development sales with nine point five billion dirhams coming from inside the UAE market. International customers and foreign residents made up eighty percent of these domestic sales spending seven point six billion dirhams on Aldar units. This strong demand pushed Aldar revenue backlog to seventy one point six billion dirhams with nearly sixty billion dirhams tied directly to UAE projects. Net profit after tax rose eighteen percent to reach four point nine billion dirhams showing clear financial strength.

    UAE Property Boom: Key drivers behind the sustained real estate growth

    Several factors explain why buyers keep pouring money into real estate properties across the region. Transparent financial reporting economic stability and modern infrastructure make the country a safe choice for wealthy individuals and global companies. Furthermore expanding master planned communities and new luxury waterfront developments give investors plenty of high quality choices. The strong interest from foreign buyers proves that confidence in long term real estate growth remains very high.

With solid revenue backlogs and high demand from foreign investors major real estate firms are well positioned to keep growing.
