The UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism has announced that Dubai will host the UAE–Africa Tourism Investment Summit on October 27, 2025, as part of the Future Hospitality Summit – FHS World 2025.
What is the Aim of UAE–Africa Tourism Investment Summit?
The event aims to strengthen economic and tourism partnerships between the UAE and African nations.
It also aims to expand mutual investments in priority sectors, particularly tourism, hospitality, and related services.
Memorandum of Understanding
As part of the preparations, the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Bench, the global organizer of FHS World 2025.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of Economy and Tourism, by Badreya Al Maidoor, Assistant Undersecretary for the Ministry’s Support Services Sector, and Daria Smith, Portfolio Director at The Bench.

The UAE–Africa Tourism Investment Summit will bring together over 250 high-profile participants. Including ministers, government officials, policymakers, and investors from 53 African countries.
With the participation of African tourism ministers and investment promotion agencies, the summit will further solidify the UAE’s position as a trusted investment partner for Africa, opening new opportunities for sustainable and diversified economic growth.
