Recently, a critical two-day seminar titled “Ultrasound in Trauma – E-FAST Protocol” was hosted by EUTM-S.
Seven dedicated physicians from the Xooga Somali Military Hospital participated.
They learnt to use modern ultrasound technology – a powerful tool that can mean the difference between life and death.

During the seminar, our doctors delved into the theory of the E-FAST protocol, a method used worldwide to quickly detect internal bleeding and other life-threatening injuries in trauma patients.
