    On day 724 of Gaza war, Israeli airstrikes continued across the Gaza Strip, leaving dozens of Palestinians dead.

    Gaza hospitals reported 31 fatalities since dawn, including 24 in Gaza City.
    Among the victims, a newborn in Khan Younis succumbed to malnutrition and lack of medical care, highlighting the humanitarian crisis.

    Al-Qassam Brigades Operations

    Al-Qassam Brigades reported losing contact with two Israeli captives following intensified Israeli operations in Gaza’s Sabra and Tal al-Hawa neighborhoods.

    Meanwhile, Al-Quds Brigades claimed responsibility for shooting an Israeli soldier near Al-Shati Camp. Two rockets launched from northern Gaza fell short of Israeli territory.

    Gaza War to End Soon or its Just Optimism

    Politically, US President Donald Trump expressed optimism about reaching a Gaza ceasefire agreement ahead of his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, despite ongoing disputes over at least three key points of the plan.

    Analysts warn that Trump may take stronger measures if Israel resists, amid declining U.S. support for the conflict.

    Global Sumud Flotilla News

    In the West Bank, Israeli military raids continued, resulting in the death of a paratrooper near Jit Junction. Meanwhile, the European Commission called for the release of detainees and wider humanitarian aid for Gaza.

    International efforts continue as the Global Sumud Flotilla resumes its journey toward Gaza after technical delays.

    The situation underscores a worsening humanitarian and political crisis in Gaza, with escalating casualties and continued international calls for a ceasefire.
