They think being tired or having a headache is just part of getting older or working too hard. But the truth is that your health matters more than your job or your chores. You have to listen when there are silent body warning signs that something is not right inside you. If you wait too long you might end up facing a bigger problem that could have been fixed easily if you just paid attention earlier. Our bodies are very smart and they have their own way of talking to us without using words.

    One of the most common things people feel is constant tiredness even after sleeping for eight hours. People often just take a pill and keep eating the same stuff but that is not fixing the root of the issue.     In the end you are the only one who truly knows how your body feels every day. Don’t let a doctor or a friend tell you that you are fine if you feel like something is wrong. These silent body warning signs are there to protect you and keep you alive for a long time. If you start noticing more than two or three of these things at once it might be time to get some blood work done or just start sleeping more and eating better.
