But when you look closely at places like Okinawa in Japan or Sardinia in Italy you see something else. It is actually about their simple daily habits and how they treat their bodies and minds every single day.

    One big secret is definitely the food. If you visit these special regions you will not find people eating a lot of fast food or processed meals. Instead the longest living people focus on fresh vegetables beans nuts and whole grains. They do not overeat either.
