The United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced on Monday the successful completion of its 80th humanitarian airdrop of food supplies to Gaza Strip, carried out in cooperation with Jordan.
According to Emirates News Agency (WAM), the operation is part of the ongoing “Birds of Goodness” initiative, which brings together the UAE, Jordan, Germany, and Indonesia to provide emergency relief to Palestinians facing dire humanitarian conditions in Gaza.
What Did the Latest Humanitarian Airdrop by UAE on Gaza Include?
The latest airdrop included essential food supplies, prepared with the support of Emirati charitable organizations and humanitarian foundations, to help meet the urgent needs of families in the besieged enclave.
With this operation, the UAE has now delivered more than 4,068 tons of humanitarian aid through air relief missions under the initiative.
These shipments consist of food items and critical supplies, underscoring the UAE’s continued commitment to supporting the Palestinian people and strengthening their resilience amid ongoing challenges.
